Situated in Livingston, West Lothian, Onelife Leisure is a fitness and health club with an informal and relaxed approach.  One Life Leisure offers a warm and friendly atmosphere with all our staff giving personal attention to each and every one of our members.  Our team know all our customers by name and work tirelessly motivating them to achieve their personal goals. Personal goals are set for many reasons; weight loss, toning, improved fitness and better health. For others there is the need to improve performance within a particular sport. We believe keeping fit should be a fun and entertaining part of life delivering energy and vitality to all participants. Exercise is proven to stimulate the mind, helping to develop a positive attitude and improved self confidence that flows into all areas of life.

Onelife Leisure believes that physical and nutritional education greatly improves an individuals’ ability to succeed in all areas of their life. Unlike our competitor clubs, there is no twelve month contract at Onelife!

• 6am until 10pm from Monday to Friday
• 9am to 5pm weekends

We'll be open weekend hours on bank holidays (watch the notice board for details) and closed December 25th and 26th and January 1st to 3rd.
