We have a team of Personal Trainers with varied styles so we can cater for all personal preferences. The In House Trainers offer two prices for Personal Training
Option 1 is £25 per session this gives you the personal Trainer of your choice (as long as they are available at the time of booking you appointment) and you will not be interrupted during your training.
Option 2 our most popular is £7.50 per session you have the same level of professional knowledge but we cannot promise you will always get the instructor you prefer. Also occasionally your trainer may need to answer the phone etc but would always set you your next exercise before they leave you. This option offers a cost effective method of Personal Training that is ideal for those who need the extra help to achieve there goals but cannot manage the option 1.
